Quite nervous about my visit - dentists aren’t everyone’s favourite place to have to go to. Have to say, the staff are absolutely lovely there, so friendly & easy to talk to. Jacqueline has always been so friendly on the phone, so it was lovely to put a face to the voice. Really lovely lady.
My dentist, Dr Imtiaz Mohammad had explained absolutely everything about the implants I needed, initially face to face, then with follow-up emails. I knew I could just call if I was unsure about anything or if I had a question.
Had the first part of my treatment yesterday, Vanessa was fab, dead down to earth & again, really friendly.
Treatment was pain free, obviously a bit of discomfort later in the evening, but knew there would be.
Had a lovely follow-up call today from Jacqueline & a follow-up appointment next week. Then part 2 of the implants in about 10 weeks. Can’t recommend this practice and the team enough. Thank You :)
