I filled out an enquiry form on Saturday evening, and had a reply first thing on Monday from Reema who was able to offer me an appointment the next day. Reema was wonderful to talk to and was very accommodating to me when asked if I could have treatment for my lost filling on my front tooth on the same day as my checkup.
The dentist, Imtiaz and his nurse Anna were both fabulous and such a good team. We had a nice conversation throughout my appointment and although I did not feel rushed at all, the appointment for my treatment was quick, kept to appointment time and I felt like they really listened to me and what I wanted. They gave me a mock-up of what my tooth would look like first and checked I was happy with shade and shape and then proceeded with treatment. Imtiaz spoke to both his nurse, and myself in a calm, gentle and professional manner and I felt very relaxed and comfortable throughout. Would highly recommend; and although I have a regular dentist elsewhere, would happily return :)
